Our core business revolves around the development and management of premier hunting, recreational and investment properties in Kansas. We invest much of our own time, money, expertise and resources into every property that we offer. Our properties have been hand selected and professionally planned to maximize the wildlife habitat and investment return. Nick Rhodes Wildlife Properties works year round managing a large area of private ground, building habitat and food sources for native wildlife on behalf of our clients and for a great number of company owned properties.
Because each property is unique, the fees for our management and consulting services are based on the size of the project and scope of the work involved.
