We work directly with clients by taking an in-depth survey of your property or lease including walk-through observations, satellite mapping, trail camera observations and taking inventory of the current habitat.  From this survey our professional staff will compile a list of findings and present to clients a full menu of habitat and agricultural options to enhance the wildlife habitat and help increase the value of your unique property.

  • BASIC PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES: Without a local caretaker, the pleasures of property ownership can be compromised by the obligations of property ownership.  As part of our basic services we will ensure that your property is properly posted, develop annual habitat plans and monitor the property for trespassers.

  • AGRICULTURAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES: A well-managed agricultural operation is an essential ingredient to the overall success and enjoyment of your investment property.  We can develop a custom management plan that integrates your agricultural and recreational goals and contributes to the overall health of the property’s ecosystem.  From a function perspective, our management plans typically include the following operations: farming & grazing plans, invasive weed and tree control, fencing, soil restoration, conservation and monitoring.  We can coordinate all aspects of the farming operations from planting to harvesting and oversee the operation over time to ensure the continued success of your investment property.
